About the Programme

This programme explores the principles and practices that underpin effective regulatory systems in rapidly evolving economic and social environments. Participants will examine how governments can design regulatory frameworks that protect public interests, support innovation and maintain market confidence while minimising unnecessary burdens. Participants will study the evolution of regulatory models, institutional design considerations and approaches to balancing economic competitiveness with social and environmental objectives. The programme reviews mechanisms for regulatory review, stakeholder engagement and performance assessment, alongside international examples of regulatory modernisation and reform.
