About the Programme
This programme focuses on strengthening institutional capacity to anticipate, absorb and recover from disruption. It equips participants with practical tools for identifying vulnerabilities, managing risks and embedding resilience into policy, planning and service delivery. Participants will examine enterprise risk management frameworks, continuity planning, resilience assessment methodologies and strategic foresight tools. The programme explores how governments prepare for systemic shocks arising from climate events, economic disruption, public health crises and technological failures. Participants will consider both preventative measures and recovery strategies aimed at sustaining essential functions during periods of stress.
