About the Programme

This programme examines how governments can improve coordination between national, regional and local institutions to deliver policies and services more effectively. Participants explore frameworks for managing relationships between different tiers of government, coordinating policy priorities and overcoming institutional fragmentation. The programme addresses implementation challenges, delivery systems, stakeholder engagement and mechanisms for aligning resources with strategic objectives. Through practical exercises and comparative case studies, participants assess approaches to improving cooperation, strengthening implementation capability and ensuring policy objectives translate into measurable outcomes for citizens.
