About the Programme

This programme prepares senior leaders to make effective decisions under conditions of uncertainty, urgency and public pressure. It focuses on the leadership capabilities required to manage complex crises, coordinate institutional responses and maintain public confidence during periods of disruption. Participants will examine decision-making frameworks, crisis governance structures and leadership strategies for managing high-stakes situations. The programme explores how leaders process incomplete information, establish priorities, coordinate stakeholders and communicate effectively during emergencies. Simulations and scenario-based exercises provide opportunities to test leadership approaches in dynamic and fast-moving environments.
